Won't fix my van, refers me to other garage, won't give me a rental to use

When we first bought the van in May we had problems from the start. They had it for almost a month 'fixing" issues which we supposedly already replaced. They did give us a rental from their lot. I've had a few problems with the van, an 04 Kia Sedona. They always tell me they're too busy and want to refer me to somewhere else. I think that's bull. You sold me this hunk of metal, so I feel you should fix it.

Okay so 2 weeks ago, we noticed an oil leak. I called Jefferson Auto and was told by the manager Jonathan to take it to another garage that he refers customers to. I took it to this other place 2 weeks ago. We do have another vehicle that needs to be inspected and has some problems of it's own. So it takes 2 weeks to fix because of part ordering issues. I don't blame anyone for that. We didn't qualify for a rental through the warranty company so I called Jonathan too see about getting a car from them and of course they don't do that anymore and it's not their problem cause they're not doing the work.

On Wednesday, the other garage calls and says it's done and while on the way to pick it up they call back and say it was running on the rack and it died. The tried putting gas in it and it won't do anything. They think it's the fuel pump. So that's a covered repair but again doesn't qualify for rental reimbursement. Yesterday they call again and say it was a relay that was loose so he put a new one on and it was fine. I picked it up today and didn't even get out of Washington before it shut off on me and wouldn't start.

I immediately called Jefferson Auto and of course I'm told that I need to call the other repair shop cause they did the work. I only called because YOU told me to! So I sit on the side of the road for 4 hours. The guy from other repair shop comes out 2 seperate times to try to see what's going on. I had to have my mom use her AAA so we could get it towed. I called Jefferson again to let them I know I was bringing it back to THEM and they told me to take it back to original shop because they already looked at it. All the while, I am still without a 2nd vehicle so I can't get my first one fixed and inspected and I am paying $319 a month for this van. I feel that Jefferson needs to supply me with a vehicle to use. That's all I'm really asking for.
