Americas Servicing Company an affiliate of Wells Fargo is a fraudulent Mortgage Company. They search and purchase mortgages from other Banks or mortgage companies and then they break all Laws and inform you that they are not a Bank but a mortgage affiliate.
They promise Modification with no intention of giev same and keep and after no response when you contact them you are told they have not received the documents or they were late.
They now tell you we are sending new forms this is continuing for over a year and the same results. You start over filling out a new form and wait to be contacted with the results only to be told we did not receive the documents or they did not arrive on time we will send the form to you again.
