Complaint - microwave oven

Our Kenmore mwavectopopp Model #721.63252301 Searial #910TA03234 was taken to your 1555 Lake Woodlands Drive repair shop and was not fixed. The tech replaced a mag/gasket. The invoice said it was then tested and worked well. It could not have been 'tested' or it would have been noted that the turn table did not turn and wires were burning in unit. The post of the turn table is black from burning inside the unit. I am very disapointed in this appliance and the repair service we were given. All my life we have purchased Sears appliances with confidence but will be looking for another place to shop for our future appliance and tool needs.
