No home phone service

I need a home phone for my 90 yrs old grandmother because i work everyday. My phone have been out of service for almost two week. A phone man did come out on 4/21/10. He stated that it was the company problem and will have bell south come out ASAP. I tried to call Jennifer (super) but she has not return my call on 4/23/10. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP!
