Budget eToll is a Ripoff! I was Charged $16.50 for a single, $1.50 toll in Florida!

Budget ripped me off by charging a $15 fee on top of a single, $1.50 toll from the Orlando Airport. Budget failed to explain this eToll "service" to me at the time of renting the car.
If Budget fails to respond constructively to the email complaint I sent to them, then I'll never rent from them again!!
