Shopper advantage charged my credit card without my permission

This company charged my credit card twice for diffrent amounts. I've tried to call the company and I was given the run around.

The first total that was charged was $3.95 on 3/18, and the second charge was for $49.95 on 4/17.

I would appreciate if someone would explain to me how did they get my credit card information without my permission.

And if someone can explain to me why and when will I receive my refunds back in both the amounts?
