Unauthorized charges

When my credit card company denied the purchase (for suspiscious activity) of 3.88 (overly protective), I thought thats ok I won't get it. Somehow, Goodgle Tree 3 found my husbands credit card number and charged the 3.88 as well as a monthly charge of 72.21. My concern is how they found my husbands credit card and charged that without permission. When I called their customer service they couldn't explain how they got my husbands credit card number and that the 72.21 was none refundable. Besides being wrong for charging on the card without permission, I havent even recieved the product that I apparently bought (on Jan 8th) for 3.88 and I have already been charged for a monthly fee. I will be getting ahold of my bank to dispute the charge. There is something very fishy about this company and as of yet would assume that it is a big scam.
