I came in to eat and was very dissatisfied with this place, for all the excitement with the opening it should have just stayed closed. Steak and Ale failed and I give this place less than a year before it goes under. What kind of jerks do they have running this place anyway, the food was beyond awful, we waited an hour for two meals which came out horribly overcooked and disgusting tasting, our calamari appetizer which took a half hour to come out was the worst thing I ever tasted. Not once did a manager come over to express any concern when I complained about my food to the server. The server informed me that he told management about my complaints and was very smug in saying that the manager did not understand why I was not satisfied with the food everybody else seems to love it. Well I can tell you all... Save the money you were going to spend there (and for the quality of the food it def is overpriced and not worth it) and go to McDonald's instead because you can get better quality food there and better service.
