This Security Tool computer program invaded my computer on 04-14. It completely shut down my working system with pop-upsand numerous virus warnings that were in my computer. Thislasted for two days. All work with my copmputer was shut down. They were committing high pressure sales tactics on my computer and trying to get me to buy their anti-virus program. With all of this in mind I decided to buy their program and then ask for a refund the ame day. This is unfortunately what I did. After buying the program the high pressure sales tactics and pop-ups stopped. I contacted their support and on three different occasionsI asked for a refund. To this date I have not received any word from them about a refund. They have NOT contacted me. Their written refund policy states that you can receive a refund within 30 days. I cannot find a number for them and I do not know who they are at this time. I only know them as Security Tool. I have sincepurchased STOPzilla, a program that will destroy rogue spyware like Security Tool. I have destroyed the program. I would like for you to identify them for me and find out why they have not contacted me about my refund.
