Bad Management

Went to BK today 8/25 placed order for Veggie burger waited for 20 min no sign of my food and then i had to remind them of my order. Then over that i said to put lettuce, tomatoes, onions & ketchup in it they missed it all and the burger itself was not cooked properly, I had a take out and my lunch break was over so did not bother to go back and show their mess. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BK JOINT on Center Street, Manchester CT.
And Just 4 people managing the busy location too much of confusion, customer in drive through honking and driving away in ange
