The worst service ever - KINGiPod repai

I sent my iPod for repair and was told I would not lose my music files. It was returned and my music was not accessible, they had lost my back plate which had personalized engraving from my wife, the backplate that they returned my iPod with was bent in two places, and my battery will not take a charge. They suggested I search Google for software to recover my music. The bill was $125. Do not trust them. They offerd to put a new face plate and back plate on my iPod but no offer to repair it or engrave it or recover my music.
