Ripped me off!

I was referred to Doug Bosack from TreadmillDoctor.com to repair my treadmill. Doug charged me $110 for a 10-minute diagnostic visit. He charged me even more $ to replace the "master board". Once installed, the master board did not fix the problem. Obviously the 'diagnostic visit' was not so 'diagnostic.'

Doug then charged me more money to get a new Console. Weeks later, after I paid even more $, the console never arrived. Doug Bosack never returned my calls.

Finally, through the treadmilldoctor.com, I got Doug to call me back. However when Doug called me, he was abrasive and obscene and hung up on me.

I'm now left with a treadmill that doesn't work and I'm out hundreds of dollars.
