Doug Craig and his small team installed my hardwood floors (about 1300 sq feet) and the floors are now cuping. I have had hardwood floor professionals conclude that he was at fault for not using a water barrier which is standard here in Florida. Doug takes absolutely no responsibility for the damage and says "since I am a lawyer I should have known to use a barrier. Well I am not a hardwood floor professional. I relied on Doug to determine what I needed and he specifically told me that I did not need any barrier. This guy does not know what he is doing and it will cost me over $10K to repair. On top of this he never finished the job properly and I had to pay another contractor to finish the floor.
