Consumer complaint - steam titan steam cleaner with 12 tools

I purchased a steam cleaner from this company on April 23 & I still have not rec'd the cleaner as of today's date - July 13th. When you send an e-mail or phone call it takes many days to receive a reply. The last e-mail I rec'd was on June 24th - " all backorders will be shipped on or before July 7th - you will rec. An e-mail from UPS with tracking #". I am contacting my credit card co.in the am for possible fraud.
