Shelve Labeling not correct - Home Solar Light

I just returned from Grossmont Target and was charged a higher price for my product than was shown on the store shelve. The price tags on products have been removed so we are now limited to the shelve pricing.

I just returned from Target Grossmont, La Mesa California, receipt ending with 0076-4244-9. I am a wheelchair user and had to ask a store employee to hand down the Solar Spotlight that was leveled at $9.99. The check out told me the price was $39.99. This is higher than the shelve price. I asked the manager to check this out and we went to the shelve and told me the price was for another product.

I suggest Target follow the lead of good stores such as K-Mart and honor the shelve price for conflicts. This would be good for business.
