Im a employee!

I wore my dq hoody with a black t-shirt underneath, I was at my mothers the night before so I couldnt wash my clothes. I was goin to work up front where it was cooler with a jacket over my hoody, because he (Paul Puckett th manager) thought it was to dirty. He then told me to go to the kitchen, I took off the jacket and still wore my hoody in the hot kitchen. He asked why I didnt have my jacket on and I said Im still wearing the hoody and because its hot back there, he then said I quote " you could go topless and laughed". I stood in awe, I was speechless, I want to know why we have a manager saying those types of things to his coworkers its disgusting. I will be filing sexua harrassment if something isnt done. He has also commented on other girls and myself on how pretty we are. He also pokes and pushes on employees which is not at all appropriate. Im nineteen years old and out of all my jobs I have never experienced a work enviroment like this. He is also very demeaning to some of the employees as well as myself. He talks down to us like we are dogs, and I know some people are scared to say something because the last person that said something to corporate got fired soon after, if this accures I will have my parents and myself sue!!! Something needs to be done, I know two people have said something and nothing is done. Im an employee and I have cried in front of customers because of him, there have been two other girl employees who have cried because they felt personally victimized by his actions infront of customers too. About three days ago a women walked up to our cake lady and said "he was rude to her", she told the manager what the woman said.in response he said "was it the red hair women?", she said yes. He just walked away with nothing to say. You have already lost about five people in the business because of him. And four out of those five were great workers, the other one was a new person was only there for 2 days... Explain that to me. I want a response because its ridiculous that he is still here.
