There is no way that customers will be statisfied with the food they get when all the photos shown are set up by a professional artist and the photographs are then photoshopped and airbrushed to look like amazing cakes and food items, beverages. Don't expect the employees to make the food look as good as the photos. It's not their falult / Also don't expect much from employee when their franchise bosses, don't do their job, training or teaching or respecting the employee. If the bosses don't care about their business, then the employees don't care. If the bosses aren't there daily and keeping tabs on things and encouraging the employees and not just nitpicking... Then it is like the saying when the cat is away the mice will play... Jus sayin'
