I have ordered and received (quite quickly) a Northface womans jacket, however I received one with a hoody vs. One without. I've been trying for 5 days to get in touch via phone and email with no response. Then I found this other complaint. Looks like I've been had! If you are contemplating doing business with them - DON'T. Frustrated!
