Ive been to this valero almost everyday since it opened and the crap this girl gets away with never ceases to amaze me, but i have to speak up when i see it affecting all the other employees that have to work twice as hard to cover her being late on the average of 4 out of 7 days not only a few mins but somrtimes hours and the customers also suffer from her childish behavior, waiting in long lines while the csr who shows up on time trys to get them out the door in a timely manner. Why does this company allow this kind of behavior to continue, I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS JUST THAT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
