Charged without authorization

WebSavers required $19.95 out-of my bank account without agreement. After I named customer support, it required a battle to make the journey to a boss so when I ultimately did, he attempted to inform me to invest $100 on gasoline plus they might deliver me a $100 gasoline card like a "free" present. After I was insistent that I needed was a reimbursement to get a support I never registered for within the first-place, he explained all-they might do was deliver me a check that will consider two to three months, despite the fact that they got my money immediately.
