Piggy backing on the other complaints, not only does CellSpyPro say no downloads, so easy, 5 minutes you will be seeing calls, etc... But I did not get a proper download of the software (if it in fact is a downloadable software at all) and so the very next morning, I requested a refund. CellSpyProSupport refused to refund my credit card. I have now filed a dispute with the credit card company but it is NOT a good sign for a company to not have anybody to talk to, and provide an automatic refusal of a refund... On a software they ostensibly sell which did not download! Run fast, run far from this product, it appears to be a scam.
