They promise this download works on all phones - UNTRUE - cant even talk to a person - no number no way to reach anyone at all - emails are all identical

I purchased this Download/Software to keep track of my daughters cell activity - the advertement is very clear that this would work onany and all phones - the download was close to impossible to figure out - I went out and purchased a Blackberry and a new cell service just so I could run this program. Spent many hours with both ATT & Blackberry just to be told that the download is not compatible and can not be read via the phone. I wrote CellSpy Pro to return mymoney and was emailed a disclaimer that there RE NOT REFUNDS. I asked why they say it works on all phones if that is an untrue fact - and they just keep sending me the same email over and over again. Looked for a telephone number to reach them - there is none. Mayor Scam!!!
