Rude, Disrespectful, SCAM

NCC Business Services Is a Scam and a Rip-off! One employee in particular named Markey was extremely rude and disrespectful. I moved out the apartment my sister and i had and the paper work taking my name off the lease mysteriously despaired. Well of course the company sent the owed amount to this agency.

I was more than willing to settle the debt all I was asking for was written documentation breaking down the cost of what I owed. He refused 3 times and told me i didn't have the right to see that paper work and if I wanted it I had to go to the Apartment complex and get it from them. I finally spoke to someone with manners (Jake). I told him I would come straight to the Jacksonville location to pay the debt in full since I lived about an hour away my only request was could they just please send me paperwork first so I had written paperwork to take with me. He said he would send the information I requested right away... 2 1/2 weeks later no paperwork and the phone calls are still coming!!! I had our attorney get involved and they refused to send the paper work buy fax to her!!!
