Company debited funds from my bank account without permission admitted it, yet refused to return it unless I made a payment to them

I spoke with Michelle on the 11th in regards to a payment. My last 2 pmts made was with check that was brought in to the office. I explained to her that I would be in on the 12th of March to bring in another check. I did not make it, due to my mother having a massive stroke. I entered the bank on Saturday to find out I had a payment pending to be drafted out of my account in the amount of $153.00 my normal payment at Farmers Furniture. I went to the bank to inquire about recieving my debit card, due to my previous one being destroyed. I asked where was the payment pending from and who was the merchant / along with the method of payment. At that time I found out Farmers Furniture had an unthorized debit transaction out of my account. I called and spoke with Michelle, she stated she would speak with her employees and return the call back to me. Upon recieving her call, I stated to her. Michelle where did you get my debit information? I am not set up on an ACH with your company, and it have been several months ago since I made a transaction with your company via debit. She then stated well, when you gave it to me before I put it in the safe, and my other credit manager ran it, besides you told me you was coming in. I stated to her I could not my mom had a massaive stroke, regardless of the fact, I did not give you authorization. You will need to reverse my back to my account, she then stated no I will not you come in and give me a check, then I will think about putting it back. She never apoligized for any inconvience to me, yet I feel as though she retaliated by having me severved by the county sheriffs for non payment. I could not believe this was taking place from a company with such reputation. I became so outraged it resulted to me being hospitalized for stress related issues, that mounted to $15,847. For hospitilization
