Charged $130 for Long Distance Despite Unlimited Plan, Hour on Hold

I have had unlimited local and long distant service on my phone eery since I have had my phone which has been 6 years. Well, now all of a sudden I am charged 130 bucks for long distant calls. What!!! I am suppose t be able to call anywhere in the US and pay a flat rate. Well, I have picked up the phone and called them and so far I have been on hold for 1 hour. This place needs to be closed down or either ran by a different company. I literally hate AT&T. They are a bunch of scam artists if you ask me.
