Compatability - Magic Jack

Couldn't get it to install talked to tech support found out its not compatible with musicmatch, yahoo jukebox, nero or roxio. I had yahoo jukebox and nero. I uninstalled them and it loaded right up. So if you have any one of those programs on your pc you will have nothing but problems with magic jack
