Treated Like a Crimnal

First of all I would like to say We do shop frequent at the dollar tree. On 7/19 we went shopping at Dollar tree In Houma La on MARTIN LUTHER KING. Myself, daughter in law and grandkids age 10 and 11..
We walk into the dollar tree going about our shopping. I guess after 10 minutes into shopping, I heard a woman yelling that two kids are playing with the toys and they hit her and she was going to file suit and she was yelling. Well I walked over to to where my daughter in law and grandkids was. My grandkids were crying and this lady is screaming at them. Yes they had a Frisbee and tossed to each other and it went into the next aisle. The manager was called in and he threw us out of that store. The kids were trying to apologize but they were crying and the lady was calling the cops. Well thats fine but she proceed to call my grandson fat and THE MANAGER DIDNT WANT TO HEAR our side. I tried talking to him but he didnt listen I called his name but I didnt say it t right HE TOLD I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ... He was very unprofessional and Was yelling at us as well. My grandkids were very emotional upset and still is. It was an accident that WASN’T MEANT TO HAPPEN. My grandkids are very well respectful kids. OMG THEY ARE KIDS but its ashamed when the manager and the customer acted like little kids yelling swearing and etc... We will be reporting to this to Better Business Bureau for that location and we will take it to higher authority... Grandkids are very upset and scared. I think this could have been handle in a different way. I am very upset with that manager he treated the kids like they committed very bad crime. I asking you to look into this matter and reply back.
