Jenny Hair Sense Makes No Sense

I received two shipments from this company, the first one was substituted and they said they would resend free of charge, they did not, the second shipment, one item was an unsuitable subststitute, and one wig head and one wig was not shipped so they owe me three wigs all together and one wig head which was all charged to my credit card. Also the wig sprays had broken open and leaked, sticking to everything. My e-mails were being returned to me from their sales department and when I finally got an answer from Jenny@jennyshairsense.com, I was told not to write any more. I have notified the company whose wigs Jennys Hair Sense sells of their poor business habits and would hope that they will look into things as I would think they would not want their Forever Young wigs in such poor hands. Beware when ordering from Jennys!
