Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

This company allowed unauthorized third party charges to my account and when asked to reverse the charges, they refused saying that they had no way to do so. I find it hard to understand how they can allow an UNAUTHORIZED third party company to put a charge on my credit card and then when told about it, refuse to remove the charge.
