Askcs.com / cutegirlfriendaskcs.com / cutegirlfriend.com 5-day trial was "used up" in one hour, then rebilled after account was cancelled tricked and lied to us

I tried a 5-day $4.95 subscription to cutegirlfriend. After downloading 32 pictures, got a message saying my use limit was exceeded.
Their terms of service state ;

"Trial Subscribers acknowledge that Trial subscriptions may not necessarily entitle full, unrestricted access to the website. Special Features, and Member's Events will be restricted to full members only."

I called customer service, and pointed out that normal access to the advertised site is not a "special feature" or "member event". They gave me a new user/password, saying I would have access for the duration of the trial period for which I paid. I specifically asked if it was necessary to re-cancel, and that it was only for the trial period, and was told that was true.

(As always, I had cancelled the account immediately after joining to prevent rebilling, and have a confirmation on the same day as signup).

The company then rebilled me at $39.95 for one month. When I emailed them, forwarding my subscription confirmation AND cancellation confirmation, their reply was ;

Dear Customer,

According to the Terms of Service: http://www.askcs.com, The Customer is responsible for cancelling their subscription within thier trial period or monthly payment period. If the subscription is not cancelled accordingly, the customer will be rebilled on a monthly basis.
