Ask Cs Credit Card Charge, Fraudgilent account setup

I had a $37.19 charge on my bank card from AskCS.com. When I called them they said that they needed either my emil address or credit card number to look up my account. I wouldn't give them my credit card number and I wasn't listed under my emial address (since I've never done business with them) so they said that they couldn't help me and that I would have to have my bank contact them.
I asked who their parent company was and they said InTheatre, located at 17937 Chatsworth St.in Granada Hills, CA 91344. They wouldn't give me a number to the home office.
I am contacting my bank now to have the charges taken care of.
