I never got a straight response from the customer service. They are rude and ineffective. They never want to pay for anything. I will never buy extended warranty again. Waste of money. Because of poor quality, defective struts, my new rear tires got worn prematurely. I considered that it would be fair for them to pay for the tires. The tires specialist feels very strongly that the worn tires are because of defective struts. They do not want to pay. They do not want to pay for 4 wheel alignment after replacing the rear struts.
This extended warranty is just. A waste of my money.
