Williams Alexander and associates is collection agency - who are a big liar when they report to credit beauro. I had INVALID health care charges from ACRS (Associated Colon and Rectal Surgeon) - Which were promptly informed to ACRS and Health Insurance Provider. ACRS did not take any corrective action for 6 months and their phone of billing dept always go to voicemail who never responds.

Finally when ACRS - as expected of their wrong intentions - fowarded to collection agency Williams/Alexander and associates - these INVALID charges (invalid because of using Wrong billing codes and converting my medical visit type - which I am contesting against them)

This collection agency asked me to provide evidence and I sent fax of all communication to them as well. They tried to advise me to pay these invalid charges to them 4 times and then contest (I have not heard of any case where any agency refund) - I declined to them to pay those invalid charges and they reported this to Credit Beauro mentioning I am not contactable. - I have give my phone numbers, email, home address and even after direct talk they are MISLEADING credit beauros by LIE statements which again I disputed for investigation and now in-progress.

I know finally decision will be with me because of clarity and honesty in communication I always kept. (Also kept record of each communication)

Please e aware of this collection agency WHO POTENTIALLY LIE to CREDIT BEAUROS and consumers have to spend enormous time to get it cleared.
