Bob Owens Closed plant doors without notification and withdrew out 401 for the last month and none was put in our account

Our Flooring and Dorrs plants closed in November. They called a meeting on a thursday at 3:00 P.M. We were layed off after that monday that week. We were informed that the plants were closing as of that day. No 60 days notice and then we found out that any 401 k funds held from our checks the last month... Non of the monies were deposited into our 401 k accounts. We demand back pay and our 401 k. Since then both building be sold at action and have started back up. They did a job fair for one plant and need only 20 employees and 438 people applies. When the plants closed they had employed about 160 people.
