Unbelievable! - lcd tv repai

I sent in a tv for repair with a bad lcd screen... That was in september. Today is november 19.. Just received the tv and guess what? It doesnt work. Nothing works except the led power indicator and the backlight. No controls and no image. After waiting 2 months and calling for weeks now and getting the royal runaround i get a tv back that is worse off now than when i sent it in. And to make it worse the people at customer solutions said i had to send it back in so they can evaluate it. At least another 2-3 weeks so the boobs at LIFETIME SERVICE can show how incompetent they are. There is more to this story but i can tell how bad these people are about never telling you the correct information and not returning phone calls as they say they will... I dont know if walmart owns lifetime service or not but if they do they should shut it down because it is nothing short of fraud. Un - be - lieve - able!!!
