Excellent product/WORTHLESS SERVICE

I've been dealing with this company since August when I hired them to stain my concrete floors. I told them what I wanted-"No problem" they said. After numerous trips to my home, my floors are still not finished and what has been done, wasn't done properly (according to product manufacture). Each time they left, I was reassured my floors would be the way I wanted when they were done. I believed them. Unfortunately, I made a major mistake and paid them prior to finishing, believing what they were telling me. My floors are extremely rough with trowel marks, roller marks, drips, grooves, swirls, etc. (they were suppose to be SMOOTH) dull (they were suppose to be SHINY-MIRROR IMAGE), and there is a white cloudy film all over. I just installed NEW kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, toliet, marble shower and base trim throughout. All of these have stain and overspray on them and one piece of trim is cracked (from them hitting it with their machinery. I asked them to tape off my trim and base of my cabinets but they did not. I have 3 spots that popped up and cracked. I was told the repair job on these wouldn't match perfect but would blend in. There are no where close to blending in and are in highly noticeable areas! My main living quarters (which is what they were doing) has been unusable since August!!! The last time they were at my home was Jan. 23. I was given a long line of worthless information and excuses, when I asked what they were going to do about my cabinets, trim, bathroom, and floors. The closests weren't even stained to match the rooms floors and the rest of the floors are horrible. I was called an improper name (IN MY OWN HOME!!!) and then they dumped excess product (from one of the repairs) into the lake! And left. I do have this last day taped! When I contacted John Molitor on Jan. 24, I said, "John, after yesterday, it's obvious you people have no intention of ever returning to my home and finishing my floors, so I feel you owe me a refund." His response was, "So sue me. Do you want my name and address?" I said, "I already have that. You need to make this right with me!" He hung up on me. This is the last I've spoke with them. I have filed with the Attorney General's office and the BBB. I want a full refund. To make my floors right, everything they did has to be removed and start over. Another $2500.00 (which is what I paid them) plus $1000.00 to undue what they did! They also own another business under the name "The Fireplace Shop". This business doesn't exist!
