My son is a cancer patient and needs a working phone at all time in case of medical emergency. Been with Sprint 8 months and have had new phone replaced and refurbished one sent 7 times now. Phone works for a while then will not ring or charge. Spent 3 hrs. On phone with Sprint to be given a run around and no one seems to want to handle the situation. They would rather give me credit on my acct. To get a track phone and minutes temporarily than give him a working phone. I have 5 lines and their customer service has hung up on me, been verbally abusive, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor, sent me to every dept. They have and even sent my son to their location to pick up a phone they had waiting that when he arrived no one knew about. He has been waiting at the store for 2 hrs. For someone to tell him what to do and we have been on the phone for 4 hrs. I have requested they let me out of my contract since they have failed to meet their contract requirements of providing me service. Does anyone have suggestions before I contact my attorney. The FCC has been notified and a complaint against Sprint filed. The one bright spot was Zach at the Charlottesville repair store who did all he could do to help. Thanks Zach
