Company made unauthorized payment out of my checking

I have had a Home Depot Credit card for years. I make my monthly min payment every month, usually aroung 92 dollars. This month doing my usual web bill payment for my credit cards, I authorized for them to take out my min payment.instead they took out my total balance due of $2734. Big difference.! So when I called to tell them there has been a mistake and I need help because now my checking account is overdrawn $600. They had nothing to say but this is my problem and its paid now. I know I marked the right button for min due (I have done it for 4 years with no problem) and i never recieved my confirmation email either. They insisted that i authorized the payment, knowing that I always pay the min due and never questioning anything. But their unwillingness to help makes there customer service reps rude and unwilling to help figure anything out. I'm in the process of disputed the charge with my bank and god willing my bank will help solve this issue and home depot can receive the correct amount of $92, I have heard of this happening before, especially if your credit score starts to fall, which mine has because my husband has been laid off of his job.
