Miscellaneous

I wanted to share with you my extreme displeasure of "tring" to shop at your merced, ca location. I've been to this store 5 times in the last 2 1/2 weeks, and have not been able to shop any of these times due to unavailability of electric riding shopping carts. I can't walk very far due to my loss os cartilage in my joints of the lower 1/2 of my body. For the last year, this merced store has had 2 of these carts, one of which has not been able to accept a charge, so it dies about 200 feet from the front doors. I was just informed by6 the store employees that this cart has been in the shop for repairs for 4 weeks now, leaving only one available. The last 5 times i have not been able to get this cart, even waiting 15 minutes for it yesterday (thursday) i can just barely get into the store from the parkin lot, using a red cart to lean on. Most of the things i wanted to look for are in the back of the store, i can't hoble that far and back, so i can't shop at this location. Why only 2 carts to start with? I've been to all of the targets in the 60 mile radius of merced and they all have more than 2 electric handicap carts, usually 4-6 each. Thanks, really pissed off, larry
