I booked a vehicle throught this company, and to confirm the vehicle was available and all was in order they said they couldnt confirm it straight away and i would have to wait 24hours weird? I then came on hear and saw the reviews and dread my self as i was moving house and could afford to be messed around. So i then called them again to advise them what i have just read but by that time they confirmed the booking and thought i would take the chance and just go ahead with it as they said it was definetly confirmed. Lucky for me all was well and i did recieve the service i was expecting. Fluke??
