I Just Can't Recommend These Folks! - Overall Service

I have done business with Rule / Boston Camera for a handful of months and overall have been very disappointed with them. My account rep, Chris, was great, but for just about everything I wanted, on average their prices were higher then their competitors' prices, almost everything had to be ordered and rarely arrived on the first quoted date, and then for a benign remark about a photo, the company called, indicating they could no longer do business with my company, cancelling a needed rental order. How do you do business with an overpriced, understocked, thin skinned company?
