Udeness and unprofissional

The receptionist (night manager) and the security guard in this hotel treated me, my family and my guest in a very rude and unprofessional way. They threatened me that they will call the police accusing me that many people living in my room I told them that is not true and we are setting in the lobby they reply, you can't have a guest after midnight and this is the hotel policy (I asked the manager the next day and he said that is not true you can have guests any time), then when I went to my room to get something they humiliated my daughter and my guest, screaming and looking at them in a very bad way and told them that they have to leave or they will call the police. So I had to set me, my daughter, my 4 years daughter, my wife and my guest outside the hotel in a very very cold weather after midnight until my guest left. This is not the whole story just a brief.
