The company is a total fraud, they never provided the service the promised

Their Slogan when you call them is "We Bring Joy to your life." They have brought to me nothing but problems. They are THE MOST UNRESPONSIVE company I have dealt with One can only talk to the telephone operator!

Everybody else is hiding, NO SUPERVISORS, NO ENGINEERS will ever talk to you the poor front office people have to take all the abuse. Especially on overseas calls. Their quality is so bad you canot hear and they cannot hear you. They said if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange your router. But Noooo! When I call the supervisor (?) will not be there or will be calling me asap. Its now several months and no calls no satisfaction no service.

I would like to warn ALL FUTURE CLIENTS that this is not a reliable phone company and YOU will regret it if you sign up with them. I am discontinuing service with them and getting any other one probably VONAGE.
