Crazy Cameras
Took my money two months later goods still not arrived. Given the run around when contacting them

I ordered a nintendo DSi for my daughter on the 13/01 and paid 126.00.

Crazy Cameras took the money very quickly and stated it would arrive 5-7 working days.

I have contacted them via e-mail and phone several times and they site technical difficulties for non arrival of the goods. It is now the 05/03 and I received an e-mail from the stating that I have now cancelled my order which I had not done.

I have e-mailed them back to request a refund of my daughters money as I had waited 2 months but am afraid that they will not do this. My daughter is 10 and that was all the christmas money she had. I stated this to them in the hope they would be shamed into returning her money.
