Some whacked DVD sending company in

I look at my bank account online almost everyday... Today i looked and there was a charge for $9.95 from Comm-Services, LLC. I have never heard of this place nor have i used my bank card in the last 3 days... I called my husband, and he said the same thing. I called my bank (Bank of America) and the woman i spoke with said they couldn't provide a number for the company yet because the charge was still pending on my account, but as soon as it clears, she can look into it further. I looked on Google and found a number, called it and spoke with a woman who took my name, address, and phone number before asking for the last 4 digits of my bank card number that would have been used to request the movie (that i haven't even received yet - even though i didn't order anything)... I told her there are 2 cards for the account and i don't know which one would have been used because we didn't order anything. She said she'd look into it and get the money refunded... My bank lady said to call back after it clears and they will fix it... WHAT THE HELL with company's getting our personal information like this... I now have to cancel both bank cards and wait 2-3 weeks for new ones and new pin numbers to arrive in the mail... Wtf!!!
