This "Co." is so unreal. When I called in I got an Automatted operator. Because I had called from someone else's home their name was recorded as the person ordering not mine. The other info they received was, of course mine, accept Customer name.
Since this was only for the now "Famous", $6.95 S/H charge I really wasn't that concerned. This was the beginning of the conversation, there was soooo much more in the offerings that I immediately decided that as soon as the so called conversation was over that I would call back and CANCEL the entire order.
When I made the return call, the only answer I got was that the cancellation # I'd been given was guess, OUT OF ORDER! I had to go to my Credit Union and report this in order to try and get it taken care of. I also had to cancel and change my DEBIT card, (and get charged for) twice.
The Union made an offer of filing a Dispute, but later concidered it uneccessary because we thought we had it taken CARE of ~ ha, ha - Not!
All of this began back on 9/20/09 and I have received 3 collection letters from them stateing that I owe $139.90. I've tried to get in touch with them @ 800-672-2259 and receive a recording of "technical difficulties", that was after the snow excuse. Excusse me 'weather', excuse.
Being as this current date is 3/4/10, I am now being threatened with being turned in to the Collections Dept.
THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!! ~ I can't get through to them and they can me, yet only for threats. The worst part of all of this is that after speaking to a Rep. Named Anthony and told I'd be sent a RMN and wasn't, I sent the package back anyhow and was still charged the $6.95 S/H and paid it with no return refund. Wish it had all stopped there, I DID MY PART!!! ~! ~
