I was hired at the Target store in Pottstown PA as a full time employee. After about a month, I was termintaed and replaced by 2 parttime associates. They reasons they gave were inconsequentional, like once I wore a shirt that was not red enough, another one was that wasn't using the call button enough, and I also had been reprimanded for hitting the call button too much. I feel that they just did not want to pay me benefits as a full time employee. I had also seen other associates do the same and worse behavior and they had were still retained. THere was a large amount of cronyism in this particular store.
