Everlast / Beer Signs
Alex, Katya, beersigns This company has lead me along for 10 months and I still don't have the sign I paid for!

In April I purchased a St. Louis Cardinals/Busch Stadium neon sign off of ebay from the seller, beersigns. When the order arrived a couple of weeks later, I plugged the sign in and it immdiately started smoking and then two of the bulbs went out. I contacted the sellers (Alex & Katya) and let him know that the parts were defective and they said that replacement parts would be sent out immediately.

After two months, in July, the parts had still not been sent so I contacted the seller again and they told me to take it to a local sign shop to have fixed and they would pay the bill. I took it to multiple sign shops and was told that the bulbs were broken and they would not be able to match the color so replacement bulbs would need to be sent from the manufacturer. I was told in December that the parts had a arrived and were being sorted so they would be sent out shortly.in January I called back to see where the replacement bulbs were and was told that they had not arrived, this is after they told me the parts had arrived.

Now I have left multiple voicemails and emails with them requesting a refund or a new sign and they are not replying. Yet they are selling the same sign on Ebay. Today my sign has been sitting in a sign shop, for six months, and I'm STILL waiting for replacements parts to come in so I can have the shop install the replacement bulbs.

Long story short, it's 11 months after I purchased the sign and I have never had a signed that worked and have been strung along by this company.
