OGM - Everlast - AlexOGM (Alex) (beersigns) they ripped me off. On ebay..-or a neon sign

I went on ebay to find a sign for my father-in-law. I looked up neon signs and found a Saint Louis Cardinals / Busch Stadium sign offered by BEER SIGNS. I took the Buy It Now and paid them the very next day $459.00. Only after I paid did this Alex guy email me and say they made a mistake and this was a prepay item only and that they needed to order it and it would take 4 to 6 weeks before it would get to me. I said okay and the 6 weeks passed still now sign. I emailed him he said he was sorry but it would be a little longer. Now THREE MONTHS LATER I still do not have my sign. EBAY will not help me because I paid for the item more then 60 days ago. I can't even leave feedback for this guy. I think he was just dragging me along until the 60 days was up and now I'm F*. I can't get any kind of response from these people. I reported them to an internet fraud campany and they are looking into it. Do not buy from this guy they will rip you off.
