I've been paying on a Washer and Dryer for three years by check, no receipts, won't say where payments were placed

I rented a Washer and Dryer in December from Premier Rental, Inc

I paid 95.00 every two weeks by check. When I asked for receipts I was refused and was stated that they don't give receipts.

This is the third Month in 2010 and I still according to them have not paid this off

In February They accepted $200.00 payment. They then informed me They needed $200.00 in order to catch up. When I asked for a print out of where my money was put, they refused.

Today March 3 I received a letter from them that my contract had expired in December and therefore wanted their merchandise returned after accepting a payment of $200.00.

I had already called and told them to pick the merchandise up because I wasn't going to pay anymore money. I also have a witness to my call.
